Before you come
- Bring a list of anything you have had done, roughly when, and where on the face.
- Bring photographs of yourself from a few years ago if you have them. They are more useful than a description.
- Know what you would not want to look like. This shapes the plan more than what you do want.
- Bring your medication list, including anything that affects bleeding, and any recent illness or vaccination.
- Come with no expectation of being treated that day.

What the first visit involves
Around an hour. A conversation before any recommendation, a full-face assessment, standardised photographs, and a written plan sequenced across the coming months with rough costs attached.
If the assessment says the right answer today is skin health, or waiting, or nothing at all, that is what you will be told. It is a real possibility rather than a rhetorical one.
