what was done and when the second photo was taken, so you can judge the result for yourself.
Under-eye support and a defined jawlineFacial balancing with filler, planned across the whole face: support for the hollow under the eyes (arrows) and definition along the jawline (lines). The face still looks like hers, only more rested and more structured. Before and after, same patient, photographed at the same angle against the same backdrop. Hair color and the camera's color balance differ between the frames; the arrows and lines in the first photograph are Lindsey's own markings. Individual results vary.

Contour from cheek to jawFacial balancing with filler. The blue lines trace the outline of the face: fairly straight before, with a gentle curve from cheekbone to jaw after. The result reads as shape and definition, not added fullness. Before and after, same patient, photographed in the same studio setup at matched angles. The blue lines in the first photograph are Lindsey's own markings of the face's outline. Individual results vary.

Chin projection and jaw contourDermal filler placed at the chin and along the jawline to bring the profile forward and give the jaw a defined edge, with Dysport to the upper and lower face to soften the muscle pull working against it. A structural case rather than a volume one. Before and after, same patient, taken weeks apart. Background and clothing differ between the two frames; the angle and distance were matched. Individual results vary.

Midface support, under-eye softeningDermal filler to the midface to rebuild cheek support, which is what softens the under-eye hollow rather than treating the hollow directly, plus a small amount of hydration to the lips. Planned across the whole face; other areas were deliberately left for later. The second frame is immediately after treatment, before swelling has settled and before the filler has fully integrated. The headband is part of the treatment setup, not a change in styling. Individual results vary.

Rebalancing after significant weight lossRapid weight loss deflates the deep fat pads of the face the same way aging does, only faster. Filler was planned across the whole face and placed where the structure was actually lost (midface, lips and the perioral area, chin) with Sculptra layered in for gradual collagen. Restoration, not augmentation: the aim was the face she had before the weight loss, not a different one.Immediately after treatment, with swelling present and the filler not yet settled. Sculptra’s collagen response develops over months and is not visible here. Individual results vary.
At rest: smoother and more openA neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin). The forehead is smoother, the brows sit more open, and the lower face looks less pulled down, while her expression is still her own. Before and after, same patient, photographed in the same studio setup at matched angles. The second frame includes lash extensions and makeup; compare the forehead, brows and the set of the lower face. Individual results vary.

Softer lines, the same smileA neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin), alongside a skincare routine. The smiling frames show it best: the lines that form with expression are softer, and the smile is still recognizably hers. Before and after, same patient, about four and a half months apart (May and October), photographed in the same studio setup. Hair, clothing and makeup differ between the frames. Individual results vary.
Symmetry, not volumeA small amount of filler placed to even out an asymmetric upper lip before a wedding. The goal was for the two sides to match, not for the lips to be bigger, and the volume added reflects that. The second frame is a healed result, not the day of treatment. Lighting and background differ between the two frames. Individual results vary.

What the same day actually looks likeFiller placed to improve upper-to-lower lip balance, reduce a gummy smile and refine the shape of the lip border. The second frame was taken immediately after treatment. What you are looking at includes swelling, which is expected and settles over roughly two weeks. The final result is smaller than this. A great many “after” photographs online are taken at exactly this moment without saying so. Individual results vary.

Hydration, same shapeOne syringe (1.0 mL) of Restylane. Her natural lip shape was already good, so the goal was hydration and a little fullness, not a new shape. Before and after, same patient. The angle and lighting are close but not identical between the two frames. Individual results vary.
Neck skin quality, one sessionHyperdilute Radiesse across the neck to stimulate the patient’s own collagen. This is a skin-quality treatment, not a filling one. Nothing was added to create volume, and the change is in how the skin itself behaves. After one session. Biostimulator results build over months rather than appearing at once, so this is an early result and not the endpoint. Lighting, clothing and jewelry differ between the two frames. Individual results vary.
Individual results vary, and no result is guaranteed. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided at an in-person consultation. More cases, including ones closer to your own goals, can be shown when you come in.
