Finding it

South University Drive runs between the Cultural District and TCU, and University Park Village is the retail center on the west side. The suite is on the upper level. There is open surface parking immediately outside — no garage, no valet, no parking ticket to validate — which sounds trivial until you have tried to fit a thirty-minute appointment around a downtown garage.

From I-30 it is a short run south on University. From the Cultural District it is a few minutes. From TCU it is close enough to walk on a reasonable day.

Who travels in

The practice sits in a useful spot for a wide catchment. Patients come from Arlington Heights, Monticello, Westover Hills and the streets around the museums; from Benbrook and along the Chisholm Trail corridor; from Aledo and Willow Park to the west; and regularly from further out in the Metroplex where someone has decided the drive is worth continuity with the same injector.

If you are coming a distance, mention it when you book. Appointments can often be combined so the trip does one visit’s worth of work rather than half.

What to expect on a first visit

Allow about an hour. The assessment and the photographs are the substantive part and they are not hurried. You will leave with a written plan whether or not you are treated that day, and consultations are complimentary — so the only thing a first visit costs you is the hour.

If you have had treatment elsewhere, bring what you know: products, areas, approximate dates, and any photographs from before. If you cannot remember, that is normal and workable.

Practical questions

Where exactly is the practice?

Manor Aesthetics & Wellness, 1604 S University Dr Suite 501, Fort Worth, TX 76107 — at University Park Village on South University Drive, in the Cultural District. It is a few minutes from the Kimbell and the Modern, and close to TCU.

Is there parking?

Yes. University Park Village has open surface parking directly outside, which is unusual for the area and makes a short appointment genuinely short. No garage, no valet, no ticket.

How long should I allow?

Allow around an hour for a first consultation — the assessment and photographs are the substantive part and they are not rushed. Follow-up neuromodulator appointments are usually much quicker. A two-week review after neuromodulators is brief.

Do you see patients from outside Fort Worth?

Regularly. Patients come from across Tarrant County and the wider Metroplex — Westover Hills, Arlington Heights, Monticello, Benbrook, Aledo, Willow Park, Colleyville, Southlake and further out. If you are traveling a distance, say so when you book so the visit can be planned to make the trip worthwhile.

How do I book specifically with Lindsey?

Book online through Manor’s booking system and select Lindsey as your provider, or call (817) 332-9252 and ask for her by name. If the online system is confusing about provider selection, calling is faster.
